Affirmations are powerful words that we should say to ourselves or to each other EVERY SINGLE DAY!
My mummy and I say our affirmations every single night. It helps me to feel strong and ready for the next day.
I have made a note and taken a picture of some examples that I use in the picture.
Affirmation activity number 1
1. Stand in a circle with a group of friends/family (group of 2 or more).
2. One person says something they like/admire about the person next to them.
3. Everyone shouts out the positive words at the same time.
4. Take in turns until everyone has said something about the person next to them.
This game helps us to be kind to each other whilst lifting the vibration of positive energy in the room.
